Work horse of the rhodesian bush war. Both as a troop transporter and gun ship when mounted with either a matra 20 mm cannon or 4 barrel .303 browning machine guns. Trooping aircraft has twin .303 machine guns mounted port side. Had the honor of being shot down in one in 1979 and survived with minor injuries. Great Great helicopter. 2 still flying here in the zimbabwe air force.

From the day i joined the Battalion to the Day i left, Marlo an absolute Gentleman and excellent Soldier , always a good man to lift morale and always looked out for the young soldiers

Mayo are useless end of story a sign and prove of a good team is a team who can produce the goods on that particular day they always make a total balls out of it because they are obviously not good enough

For the love of jesus ie mayo pack in football and take up surfing or chess just accept that mayo football is a complete and outright mess and a disaster
